What Currency should I take?

Egypt accepts a number of currencies, Egyptian pounds, dollars and sterling.  Sterling can be changed in most ATMS in resort into the local Egyptian pound at around 20EGP to 1GBP

 

I need to change the dates of my holiday can I do this?

In most cases we are able to move your dates.  If you need to do this contact us directly and one of our experts will be able to assist you with this.

I need to cancel my holiday, what will this cost?

You can find all information regarding cancellations under our terms and conditions section.

How do I know which airline I am travelling with?

The airline you're flying with will be listed on the flight details page during your booking process, it will also show on your confirmation email.

How do I cancel my holiday?

If you would like to cancel an aspect of your booking or your full booking, please submit your request via My Booking under My Account or by contacting our experts by phone

 

Simply select 'Cancel Order/Passengers' from the drop down menu on your booking to proceed, then select the relevant option.

 

If it is a full order cancellation our system will calculate the charges applicable and confirm the cancellation for you.

 

If it is a passenger cancellation please select the relevant passenger and we will get back to you with a cost to cancel the passenger.

How can I contact the hotel for requests?

Simply call or email or speak to us on live chat, let us know your requests and we will pass this on to the hotels for you.

How can I change or amend my details on my booking?

On your booking confirmation email, you will also find all information to log in to our customer area, here you can access all your booking and make any amendments, (please note if a change of name or spelling mistake has been made, you will need to contact airline directly to have this amended on the flight ticket)

How can I add on to my flight booking?

You can log on to your booking on our website, to add on luggage, add meals or select your seats.  To change a name or any other inquiries then please contact us and we will be able to assist you further.

Do I need to provide my API information and where do I do this?

Yes all airlines require you to fill out your API (advanced pssenger infortmation) with your personal details and passport information, you can do this drect on the airline that you are flyng with own website.
