How can I contact you?

What types of transfers can you offer us for our holiday?

We can offer you a free transfer with all packages bought through us, or if you are wanting something a little more VIP then we can also offer you a private transfer just for your booking.

What paperwork do I need to take with me on holiday?

You will need your booking confirmation, Which you would have received when you originally booked your holiday, this will be used for flights, accommodation and also your transfers.

What is my luggage allowance for my holiday?

This depends on the airline and what you have booked at the time of booking your holiday, please see airline for measurements and weight allowances for each person travelling.

What are your card fees when we book with you?

We have no booking fees or card fees applied when you make a booking with us.

I need interconnecting rooms, how can I book them?

Interconnecting rooms are dependent on availability of the hotel, when booking you can request this in the specific box, and we can check this with the hotel. Please note that requests made cannot be guaranteed.

How do I use a promo code on your website?

When completing your booking you will notice a promo code box before you get to the checkout page, simply enter your code here and the discount will be deducted on the checkout page.

Can I book a single room?

This depends on hotel availability, however most of our hotels to allow you to book a single room, a supplement wil be added for this.  If there isn't a singe room option at the time of booking contact us, and we can look in to this for you for a quote.
